Since its 2021 launch, the H08 has carved out a place in Hermès' men's range with a cushion shape that sits between round and square. The 2026 versions keep the architecture but shift the focus to how materials interact with light.

The 39mm case is woven glass fibre composite with an aluminium coating, giving it a mineral, matte texture. This generation omits the graphite tone of earlier versions so the weave reads more clearly. The ceramic bezel is sunray-brushed and sandblasted with polished bevelled edges, contrasting with the light-absorbing case while adding scratch resistance.

Chantilly White carries the monochrome theme through a white ceramic bezel, a white lacquer dial and a white rubber strap, with rhodium-plated applied numerals, luminous hands and a touch of Hermès orange on the seconds hand. Malta Blue pairs a blue ceramic bezel with a rhodium-plated crystalline sandblasted dial, blue PVD hands and a blue minute track for a sportier feel. Both retain the H08 numeral font and the date window between 4 and 5 o'clock.

Inside is the in-house H1837 automatic built by Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier, beating at 28,800 vph with about 50 hours of power reserve and H-pattern finishing on the bridges and rotor. A titanium caseback with sapphire crystal shows the movement.
